19 Dec Ron Pratt teaches winter watercolor class
The Rossmoor Art Association is offering Bay Area artist Ronald Pratt’s watercolor class again on Tuesday mornings from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The winter series starts January 10 and runs through March 14 in Art Studio 1 at Gateway. The cost is $115 for 10 classes.
Winter is the perfect time to hunker down indoors with an art project. The winter rains are painting the hills with a magnificent array of greens and greys. Soon early blossoms will add to the lush colors on display. And watercolor is the perfect medium to capture this subject and mood.
This class will feature step-by-step. Subject matter will include winter scenery, foothills, and a still life arrangement.
