02 Mar Ron Pratt offers Spring watercolor class Tuesday mornings
Bay Area watercolor artist and longtime Rossmoor teacher Ronald Pratt continues his popular watercolor painting class this spring, starting on March 27 and running through May 29. The series, sponsored by the Rossmoor Art Association, is on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 11:30 in Studio One at Gateway. The cost is $125 for 10 classes, and the series is open to students of all levels.
Pratt reminds artists that, “When spring bursts out to warm our hearts, the world is filled with magical scenes to stimulate the observant painter. Splashes of color start to appear on hillsides and in gardens. The cool of winter gives way to the warmth of spring and motivates the creative muses in us to get out the watercolor paints and capture this moment on paper.”
If you are motivated by this change of season, come and join fellow watercolorists Tuesday mornings for some relaxing painting in a creative environment.
