Revised “Life Figure Drawing” class

​RAA is offering a new figure drawing class with illustrator and graphic designer Stephen Osborn. The class will have a new format with a costumed model for three classes, and a nude model for three classes. This class is a must for those wishing to capture the energy and beauty of the human form. This class is open to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.  It starts on Thursday, June 20th, and runs through August 1 (skipping July 4th) from 10 am to 12:30 pm in Studio Two.

The format of the class has been improved to provide basic elements of line, shape, shadow, perspective, and allows the participants to work in various mediums including pencil, conte crayon, pastels, charcoal, watercolor and acrylic.  More advanced students can draw at their own pace.  The class is designed to provide a comfortable, creative, and fun experience for all.
