Multi-Media Figure Lab with Costumed Model (Summer-Fall) –moves to Tuesdays 1-4pm Studio 2

The Multi-Media Figure Lab is an uninstructed workshop with a costumed model for Portrait or Figure work, every Tuesday 1-4 pm. Students work independently from the model, with an optional group discussion about the work at the end of each session.   Models are hired through the Bay Area Models Guild and the workshop charge covers the model fee.  A monitor will set up the lighting and pose each session.  Sessions feature one long pose, with possible twenty minutes of gestures to start each session.  All media – watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, pastels, and oil paint – are welcome. No volatile thinners, please.  The workshop takes place in Studio Two.

The Figure Lab Workshop discount fee is $100 for 5 sessions ($120. for Guests), which must be used between July 27, 2022.   If you use up your 5 classes and time allows in the session, you may purchase another five from the Monitor. Also available: Drop-in fee is $25, write your check to RAA and give to the class monitor.
