Energy Dazzles Art with Colleen Gianatiempo and AnnSeckinger

Unlock and unfold your creative expression and energy flow through exercises and techniques within the art (mind) and healing (body) realm.

In this workshop you will be guided by the dynamic duo: healer, Ann Seckinger (Certified Healing Touch Practitioner) and artist (MFA), Colleen Gianatiempo.

Ann will teach you techniques to access the vibrant energy fields around and within you which are ever flowing, reverberating and healing.  You will learn centering, grounding, attuning and mind clearing techniques.  There will be no judging or comparing and no understanding of the free flow of giving and receiving energy.  You will learn about navigating from your heart where you can live with compassion, love, harmony and gratitude.

Colleen will teach you to access heartfelt expression, trust, let go, and explore with paint. You will learn how to unblock your own creative blocks and free yourself from the dragons of creativity.  Let your hand be guided by an inner impulse, it will be moved by energies much beyond your will, comprehension, beauty and intelligence.  Free yourself from control, hurt, past, stories, fears, comparison, denial, doubts, future, boredom, judgment, product, ego.

The workshop will conclude with an empowering energy exchange circle!  Let your energy dazzle you to new heights!

Colleen Gianatiempo, Instructor

As an artist living in working in the east bay of San Francisco, I live my life the same way I paint, by embracing the mystery, staying open to change, finding courage, honoring my intuition and trusting the journey. This mindset has led me to my colorful, layered, contemporary, distinctive style. I was born an Airforce brat (moved a lot), with two dualing brained parents (engineer/artist) which paved the way for my foundation for everyday life exercising my ability to adapt to change and find comfort in nature which I feel is so important in the art making and creative process. My journey as an artist began when I was 3 years old when I would cut up our family photos and draw on walls with lipstick! That habit progressed to making paper doll clothing, painting, ceramics and so on! In my art career, I have been honored to be a part of many public art projects that have deemed me as “the artist with a heart”. I have been able to give back and share my love for art, ie. Hearts of San Francisco, The Heart of Sonoma, The American Backyard (city of Dublin), Sea Lions of San Fransicso and Small Town with A Big Heart Mural in Martinez. Art has always been a part of my life parallelling my development as a person, through education, raising children and working professionally as a graphic designer. I am honored to hold an MFA in non-figurative abstract painting from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. With three degrees in tow, I have all the knowledge I need to operate my fine art practice and teach and inspire students from around the globe.
