Cassandra Antkowiak teaches “Drawing and More,” starting June 20

Come join Cassandra Antkowiak for her popular drawing class, “Drawing and More” on Wednesday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon in Art Studio One. The summer session starts on June 20 and runs through July 28. Tuition is $60 for six 3-hour classes.
Drawing is the foundation of all good art. With the help of handouts, Antkowiak teaches the basic shapes, how to make them dimensional, and how to use these to draw anything, in a realistic or abstract style.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn at your own pace in a friendly studio of potential new art friends. Beginners, as well as experienced artists, are welcome. Antkowiak is an enthusiastic and supportive teacher.
Antkowiak has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a crayon or a pencil. After taking art classes in college, she broadened her training with art workshops in France, Italy, Mexico, Oregon and Mendocino, as well as at the North Light Art School. She has now been teaching Adult Ed classes for many years.
