Anna George invites new, intermediate and advanced painters to join her in Studio One on Tuesday afternoons from 1–4pm; the eight-week series begins March 20th and runs through May 8th.
Learn color mixing and color placement skills; use easily applied principles of composition. Try styles, painting knives, brush types, and new materials. Observe demonstrations and explore with exercises. Whether going abstract or representational, novice painters receive help with fundamentals to develop a personal style. Each implements ideas and techniques as they choose. Students enjoy camaraderie with fellow painters, and all participate with as much or as little structure as desired, appreciating the spirit and joy of painting in springtime!
